Install the Oracle software on the database server
When the database server requirements are met, install the Oracle database software. For more information, see:

Note:
Oracle recommends that you configure both the application server and the database server to use the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) time zone. This way you can avoid any confusion in timestamp data in scenarios such as when migrating to a new database server that uses a different time zone.
