Make sure that the dictionary type for the dictionary that you want to load has been imported. For more information, see Importing the dictionary type XML file. Make sure that the dictionary connection is established. For more information, see Viewing the dictionaries available for a database connection. Generating the schema for the dictionary data. The Dictionary Loader tool uses dictionary types to create dictionary schemas. Load the dictionary data. Load dictionary data into the database using the schema that you generated.
