Performace report descriptions

The following table describes daily usage reports:

Tab Name	Report Name	Description
<StudyName>	Daily Tally of <StudyName>'s Verbatim Traffic	For the specified study, the number of verbatims that were received, delivered, undelivered, or deleted each day, from the beginning of the study.
<StudyName>	Total Number of Verbatims in <StudyName> Measured Daily	For the specified study, the total number of verbatims that existed and the total number of verbatims that were delivered each day, from the beginning of the study.

The following table describes System summary reports:

Days of Activity	Days of Activity	For each study in the system, the number of days during which preprocessing occurred, verbatims were received, and verbatims were returned to the source application.
Trial Running Days	Trial Running Days	The duration of each study in the system, in days.
Verbatim and Transaction Counts	Verbatim and Transaction Counts	For each study in the system, the number of verbatims that exist, the number of deletions that occurred, the number of times a verbatim was received by the Oracle Central Coding application, and the largest number of times a single verbatim was received by the Oracle Central Coding application.
Percentage of Activity	Percentage of Activity During Trial Up-Time	For each study in the system, the percentage of time taken for preprocessing, receiving verbatims, and returning verbatims to the source application. Each percentage is calculated based on a 20-hour day, allowing for 4 hours of system inactivity. The number of hours per day is a configurable setting in Microsoft Excel.
Verbatim Throughput	Number of Verbatims Processed per Hour over a Day	The maximum and the average number of verbatims processed in one hour. This data is calculated based on a 20-hour day and normalized to one hour. This data is displayed in two graphs. The first graph is organized by system, and the second graph displays the data for each study in the system.
Percentage Autocoded	Percentage of Verbatims Autocoded	For each study in the system, the percentage of verbatims that were autocoded.
Active Trials	Active Trials shown with Median Verbatims Received per Day	The number of studies in the system on any given day, and the corresponding median number of verbatims received on that day.
Verbatim Trial Size	Size of Trial by # of Verbatims	The number of verbatims in each study, and the percent of total verbatims in the system to which it corresponds.
Histograms	Preprocess Media/Active Day	The median number of verbatims that were preprocessed in a day, and the number of studies that fall into each category.
--	Preprocess Average/All Days	The average number of verbatims that were preprocessed in a day, and the number of studies that fall into each category.
--	Return Media/Active Day	The median number of verbatims that were returned to the source application in a day, and the number of studies that fall into each category.
--	Return Average/All Days	The average number of verbatims that were returned to the source application in a day, and the number of studies that fall into each category.
--	Receive Media/Active Day	The median number of verbatims that were received in the Oracle Central Coding application in a day, and the number of studies that fall into each category.
--	Receie Average/All Days	The average number of verbatims that were received in the Oracle Central Coding application in a day, and the number of studies that fall into each category.
