Decommissioning a study

You decommission a completed study to archive its coding data into separate database tables.

You cannot undo the decommissioning action.

1. Select Admin > Management > Studies.
   The Study Information page appears.
2. Select a study.
3. Select Actions > Decommission a Study.

   Note:

   If the job scheduler stops while the associated study is being decommissioned, restart the job schedule and rerun the decommissioning process.
   A confirmation dialog box appears.
4. Click OK.
