Deleting a synonym list

You can delete a synonym list only if it is empty and it is not used in a coding definition.

1. Select Coding Setup > Synonym Lists.
   The Synonym Lists page appears.
2. Select one or more synonym lists.
3. Select Actions > Delete.
   A confirmation dialog box appears.
4. Click OK.
   The Reason for Change dialog box appears.
5. In the Reason field, enter a description for the change.
6. Click Accept.
