User account statuses

Users are provisioned to Oracle Central Coding after being created in Oracle Life Sciences Identity and Access Management Service. Once provisioned to Oracle Central Coding, each user account has a status described in the following table. The Customer Coding User Administrator (CUA) can then update the roles and work teams for the users.

Hover text Description

Active Never Used (Status icon. User active never used.)

The user profile is active, but the user has not attempted to log in. Accounts for new users have this status.

Active (Status icon. User active.)

The user has successfully logged in and can access the application.

Note:

Besides 'Active Never Used' and 'Active', the drop-down lists of statuses in Oracle Central Coding also include 'Inactive Never Used', 'Inactive', 'Locked', and 'Terminated'. However, these statuses cannot be utilized through the Oracle Central Coding application, as user are managed through Oracle Life Sciences Identity and Access Management Service.
