The diagram describes the process flow and activities for the Sponsor, and Vendor when using ClearTrial for their RFP process.

The Sponsor creates an RFP from a benchmark plan in ClearTrial, then exports a Bid Grid workbook that he then distributes to CROs with other RFP documents as part of their RFP package.

CROs bid on the RFP and complete the Bid Grid and send back their bids to Sponsor.

Sponsors can then import the Bid Grids they receive from their vendors/CROs back into ClearTrial and conduct comparison reporting.

Sponsors can choose to revise and update the plan on which the RFP was based off, by making a copy of the plan and making the mutually agreed upon updates in the copy, reissuing the RFP to their selected vendor.
