Oracle Clinical One Analytics

Oracle Clinical One Analytics displayed two-section form data as deleted even though it wasn't

Now, the data from the flat and repeating sections of a two-section form is displayed correctly even if you delete the last entry in a repeating section of a two-section form or the last instance of a two-section form entirely.

Previously, data sets that contained data from two-section forms displayed all flat and repeating section data as deleted if the last entry in a repeating section was deleted or a two-section form was deleted entirely. This issue was observed after completing two-section forms in an unscheduled visit. (Issue 35118802)

Oracle Clinical One Analytics displayed two-section form data incorrectly

Now, the last entry in the repeating section of a two-section form no longer appears in the flat section record in the data set. Previously, data collected in the last instance of a repeating section of a two-section form was displayed in the flat section within a data set when it should not have been. (Issue 35120560)

Data for unscheduled visits and cyclic branch visits are overwritten in data extract form tables

Now, unscheduled visits are verified in data extract tables, and cyclic and non-cyclic branches are supported in runtime in Oracle Clinical One Analytics. Previously, after moving a study design with screening, non-cyclic branch, cyclic branch, and unscheduled visits from Draft to Testing mode, then adding data for each branch and unscheduled visit, data for each instance was overwritten in data extract form tables. Edited data integrated with Oracle Clinical One Analytics does not reflect in reports

Sponsor users and services consultants: Users can now see the data edits reflected in the Oracle Clinical One Analytics reports. Previously, after modifying data, such as subjects or events in Clinical One, the edits did not show in the Analytics reports. For Clinical One studies integrated with Clinical One Analytics certain data were not integrated. For example, when users ended visits or changed the subject's data, the back end displayed a differed status. The error ‘Error while inserting and updating form data row'. prompted.     For more details on the back-end process, contact your Oracle Project Manager. (Issue 34865395)

Data not displayed in data sets when dispensation occurs during screening (former know issue)

Users working with Oracle Clinical One Analytics: Now, the Analytics report shows that the screening visit has dispensed the kits. Previously, we reported that in Oracle Clinical One Platform, when you assigned kits for dispensation to the screening visit, those same kits did not appear in the Kits and Randomization Design data set in Oracle Clinical One Analytics

The Study Design Delta report does not show deleted visits or forms (former known issue)

Study designers: Now, the changes show in the correct columns in the Study Design Delta report. Previously we noted that the Study Design Delta report would not indicate any changes, such as deleting a form or visit from a study. Also, the report column did not record the details of events and forms in the appropriate columns.

Retracted workaround: None (Issue 34053211)

Non-existent study changes are displayed in the Study Design Delta report (former know issue)

Study Designers: Now, the study versions display the correct data with no registered differences. Previously, we reported that when you attempted to build a report with the study differences in the Study Design Delta report, unsolicited changes in the Item Details table appeared in your study in Oracle Clinical One Platform. The report indicated changes between study versions, even when you made none. This behavior happened when moving the study to a different mode and running the Study Delta report.

Retracted workaround: None (Issue 34059966)

The ACTION_RULES data element does not display the expected data (former know issue)

Study Designers: Now, the columns report displays the expected data in the correct order with no changes. Previously, we reported that in the Study Design Delta report, the ACTION_RULES column did not display data in the same order for different study versions when the forms contain multiple predefined rules. This behavior happened even when users made no changes.

Retracted workaround: None (Issue 34265433)

Data related to subject visits may not be properly displayed in Analytics (former known issue)

Now, data related to all types of visits is properly displayed in all corresponding datasets in the Analytics app. Previously, because data between the Oracle Clinical One Platform and the Oracle Clinical One Analytics was not updated as expected, the same data wasn't properly displayed in datasets either. This behavior was observed with cycle and non-cycle visits, as well as branches. This was a backend issue caused by an unexpected error message that appeared when data is refreshed in the Analytics app.

Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 34284115)

Expired user accounts in Oracle Clinical One Platform can still access Analytics (former known issue)

Now, a user in Oracle Clinical One Platform whose access has expired can no longer use the Oracle Clinical One Analytics application. Previously, even though a user’s access may have expired, they could still access datasets and reports in Oracle Clinical One Analytics.

Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 34274952)

The Study Design dataset displays confusing error message (former known issue)

Now, when you include a combination of the ITEM_NAME and READONLY data elements, in the Rows portion of a Data Canvas, you can view the newly introduced data as expected. Previously, you may have noticed that a confusing error message was displayed after adding these data elements to the canvas. The message stated “Unable to Display Table – Query Canceled”.

Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 33742720)

Data on upcoming visits is not properly displayed in certain datasets (former known issue)

Now, for a completed or withdrawn subject, data on upcoming visits in the study is no longer displayed in the Subject Forms datasets. Previously, whenever a subject was marked as Complete or Withdrawn in a study in Oracle Clinical One Platform, data on upcoming visits in Oracle Clinical One Analytics was displayed as missing from the study.

Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 34288471)

The Templates folder should be read-only for sponsor users (former known issue)

In Oracle Clinical One Analytics, the Clinical One Report Templates (located underneath the Shared Folders) is now read-only. Any modified reports or dashboards need to be saved in other folders within the application for you to further edit them.

Sponsor users can perform the following actions related to these templates only when they're located in a different folder:
  • Add filters.
  • Update filter values.
  • Export reports and dashboards as a DVA file and import them into a different folder in the application. This lets sponsor users perform any other changes and save them into the exported file.

Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 34241618)

Data related to dispensation may not be properly displayed in Oracle Clinical One Analytics

Now, whenever a dispensation visit without prior randomization is complete, the data from Oracle Clinical One Platform is sent to Oracle Clinical One Analytics, as expected. Previously data related to dispensation visits was not properly displayed in certain datasets, such as the Blinded Subject Event, Unblinded Subject Event, and the Unblinded Kits dataset.

Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 34274613)
