Oracle Clinical One Analytics

A form's status is incorrectly displayed in the Subject Forms dataset

Now, a form's status is properly displayed in the Subject Forms dataset, on the FORM_STATUS column. Previously, even though a form was complete in the Oracle Clinical One Platform UI, in the Oracle Clinical One Analytics application, the form was still displayed with a status of IN_PROGRESS. The Unblinded Kits dataset does not properly display data related to an updated kit (former known issue)

Now, when a kit is dispensed to a subject, and you update its status to Not Dispensed to Subject, the Oracle Clinical One Analytics application displays a separate record for this kit with the appropriate details, such as the subject and visit details. Previously, after the status of a dispensed kit was updated to Not Dispensed to Subject, related data was displayed for both records of the same kit with a status of Dispensed and the newly updated status of Not Dispensed to Subject. Instead, data related to the subject, events, treatment arms, randomization, or dosage calculation should not be displayed for a kit that is considered removed from a subject’s dispensation history.

Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 33533953)

The Unblinded Kits dataset does not properly display historic data (former known issue)

Now, the Unblinded Kits dataset displays the latest data, as well as historical records for both dispensed and lost kits. This includes data related to the subject, events, randomization, dose calculations, and many more. Previously, the dataset did not properly display historical data for certain kits in different states. For example, the dataset only displayed data for kits with a Lost by Subject status. This issue was due to the way the application refreshed any data updates coming from the Oracle Clinical One Platform.

Clearing a visit’s date is not properly reflected in the Oracle Clinical One Analytics app (former known issue)

Now, when data is refreshed after a visit date has been cleared in the Oracle Clinical One Platform, the visit's date field displays a value of Null, as expected. Previously, you may have noticed that the cleared visit date was still displayed.

Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 34773970)

A two-section form’s status changes to Incomplete or In Progress

Now, when a site user completely clears a row in the second section of a two-section form, the status of that entire two-section form changes to Completed in the Oracle Clinical One Platform and in the Oracle Clinical One Analytics application, as well. Previously, the form's status was updated to In Progress or Incomplete instead of Completed and this status change was reflected in the Oracle Clinical One Analytics application, as well.

Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 34787304)

Deleted depots in a study are not accurately reflected in the Analytics app (former known issue)

Now, when you delete a depot in the Oracle Clinical One Platform, the removal of that depot is properly displayed properly in the application’s database.

Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 34563971)

The Study Design Delta report does not show added or deleted forms in a visit (former known issue)

Oracle Clinical One Analytics application users: Now, any changes to forms, items, visits, and branches in a live study appear in a separate column (Is_Deleted) in the Study Design Delta report. Previously, we reported that the Study Design Delta report did not show changes to forms in a visit. For example, in a live study, if you assigned Form A to Visit 3 when you've already connected Form A to Visit 1, the Study Design Delta report didn't show the new association between the existing form and the new visit. The same behavior happened when removing a form from a visit.
