Cannot titrate when a previous kit is replaced (former known issue)

Site users: Now, you can titrate when a kit that was previously marked as Not Dispensed to Subject is successfully replaced. Previously, when a kit was marked as Not Dispensed to Subject and a new kit was dispensed to the subject instead, you were unable to titrate during a study. When you attempted to titrate, you received an error message that stated that you cannot dispense a kit to subject.

Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 31791917)

An error message is displayed when uploading a kit list (former known issue)

Clinical supply managers: Now, on the Upload Kit List, when you attempt to upload a kit list a second time (after you encountered an error the first time), you can successfully re-upload the kit list. Previously, after uploading a kit list a second time, another error message was displayed stating that the title of the kit list has already been used. This error message was displayed even though the kit list was never actually uploaded in the system.

Retracted workaround: You no longer have to use a different name for the kit list that you upload multiple times (after errors were identified by the system) because you will no longer encounter an error message even though no other kit list with the same title has been uploaded. (Issue 34144529)
