HAR files are no longer needed for issue resolution

Oracle Support no longer requires customers to provide HAR files for Service Request (SR) analysis. They now have tools to gather the information previously provided in a HAR file.

Retracted workaround: The steps defined in KnowledgeBase Article 3011 are no longer needed.

System slowness/freezing after clicking the Subject History or Queries right side panels

Now, you no longer encounter system slowness or freezing after clicking the Subject History or Queries right side panel for subjects with more than thirty (30) visits that contain multiple queries.

The Select Language drop-down on the What's New window does not work

Now, the Select Language drop-down on the What’s New window allows users to select a language (English, Chinese, or Japanese) upon initial log in.

An error occurs after filtering sites and viewing queries under the Queries side panel

Now, you no longer encounter an error after filtering subjects by site on the Subjects page, followed by clicking View on the Queries side panel.

A site’s status changes without user action (former known issue)

Now, if you retire an active site, then navigate through the tabs (the Sites tab, the Depots tab, the General tab), the site’s status no longer fluctuates between Active and Retired.
