Data is not loading properly in the CRA and Data Manager dashboards

Now, when you access the CRA dashboard or the Data Manager dashboard, data is properly displayed in the Missing Forms Report and in the Missing Visits Report, without the information taking a long time to display. (Issue 35994707)

The VALUE field in the Analytics Queries dataset is populated with the latest value

The VALUE field, which stores the raw value for a form question where a query is opened, answered, closed, or deleted, is now populated correctly based on the audit history in the Queries dataset.

The tile names in the CRA Dashboard in Clinical One Analytics are not visible when display settings are set to Recommended (former known issue)

Now, when you view the CRA Dashboard with the recommended display settings configured, you can see the tile names in the dashboard.

Recommended settings:
  • Scale: 150% (Recommended)
  • Display resolution: 1920 x 1080 (Recommended)
Retracted workaround: Switch the display settings to the following to view all tile names in the dashboard.
  • Scale: 100%
  • Display resolution: 1920 x 1080 (Recommended)
