Resupply is now calculated correctly for studies with branch visits

Projected visit dates are now calculated correctly for branch visits, which results in correct resupply calculations for studies with branch visits. Also, these projected dates now populate and display correctly in the Projected Visit/Event Date column of the Subject Visits and Subject Visits (Unblinded) reports.

Previously, the system was incorrectly calculating projected dates for branch visits, returning the same date for all future branch visits and causing errors in the resupply calculations.

Blinded groups can be created and modified using a single kit type

Now, blinded groups can be created and updated using a single kit type, enabling shipments to include an additional kit of the same type when needed, without requiring selection of a second kit type or sending extra kits unintentionally.
