Deprecated: Retrieves all data elements with history for a subject and a visit or for all subjects and all of their visits, with the possibility of using pagination. API has been deprecated and moved to DIS (Data Integration Service), Path: /ec-dataintegration-svc/rest/v1.0/studies/{studyId}/{mode}/dataelements/all
