Check a specific form in a study version placed in a Testing or Approved state.

  Form ID (UUID, 32-character uppercase hexadecimal string). Required.

• studyId(required): string(uuid)

  Include draft entities in validation. Optional. Allowed values: "Y" to include drafts, "N" (default) to exclude drafts.
