Returns choice options for choice questions in a form for the requested study mode. Compared with v1.0, this version can include hidden options with allowHiddenOptions and returns the v19 mapped option response.

Request

Path Parameters

• formId(required): string(uuid)
  Form ID (UUID, 32-character uppercase hexadecimal string). Required.

  Example:

  2F9A6C7E1B8F4D56A23C9F3A0C7D4E11

• studyId(required): string(uuid)
  Study ID (UUID, 32-character uppercase hexadecimal string). Required.

  Example:

  2F9A6C7E1B8F4D56A23C9F3A0C7D4E11

Query Parameters

• allowHiddenOptions: boolean
  Include hidden choice options in the response. Optional.

  Example:

  false

• mode(required): string
  Retrieves all form items in a form by mode.

  Allowed Values: [ "test", "training", "active" ]

  test
