Updates the shipment and its kits as quarantined. Rights: OrsInventoryPost, DepotShipmentReceiptPost/OrsBlinded.

• shipmentId(required): string(uuid)
  ID of the shipment.

• studyId(required): string(uuid)
  Unique identifier of the study. Uses UUID in a 32-character uppercase hexadecimal string format.
