Retrieves dispensation history for a study, by subject and visit ID. This version includes additional fields for non-serialized kits and for quantity, subjectVisitNsInventoryId, lotId and lotNumber.

Unique subject identifier (UUID, 32-character uppercase hexadecimal string) representing the patient/participant enrolled in the study.

Mode of the study, accepts: test, active, or training.

Unique identifier (UUID, 32-character uppercase hexadecimal string) representing the study.
