- How do I get training in Clinical One Cloud Service?
Each time you navigate to a new page, you'll be prompted to complete the training assigned to you for that page. After you complete the training, you can start working on that page. After you complete all assigned training, you'll receive a notification with a list of all completed training. - How do I find out when a shipment is needed?
Each time a shipment is requested, you receive a specific notification (both in the application and over email). - What keyboard shortcuts can I use?
Clinical One Cloud Service supports the following keyboard shortcuts provided by Oracle JET. - What should I do if a kit is missing from a shipment that needs to be destroyed?
If a kit is missing and you can't receive it for destruction, the system will automatically mark it as Missing.
