Work with your Customer Delegated IAMS Administrator (CDA) and Clinical One Cloud Service user manager, at times the same person, to gain access to Clinical One Digital Gateway.

Before you can manage integrations in Clinical One Digital Gateway, the CDA and user manager must complete the following.

1. Create an Oracle Life Sciences single sign-on (SSO) user account and assign the appropriate product roles in Oracle Life Sciences Identity and Access Management Service (IAMS).
2. Add the user account as a global user and assign the appropriate global roles in Clinical One Cloud Service.
