Features and Limitations

Features

Use the Multi-IWR integration to:

• Create subjects in Clinical One Cloud Service studies.
• Import data for previously created subjects.
• Update the status of previously created subjects.

  Data is processed in the order requests are received. If a job is in a failed status, new jobs for the same subject remain blocked until the failed job succeeds or is cancelled.

• Process data for multiple subjects in parallel.
• Monitor jobs by subject.
• Send email notifications for failed jobs.

Limitations

Limitations for visits, forms, and questions

• Deleting a row on a repeating form is not supported.

Limitations for repeating forms

• Only rows created by the integration can be updated.
• Updating or deleting manually added rows for repeating forms is not supported.
• The data value for questions defined as the primary identifier(s) cannot be updated.

Limitations for branch visits

• Branch visits are added in sequence starting from instance 1; Design settings of cycle start are not taken into account.
• Partial dates cannot be used as visit start date values.
