Features

  • Has the ability to load patient data in Oracle Clinical One Platform.
  • Has the ability to create subjects in Oracle Clinical One Platform.
  • Provides the ability to monitor jobs by subject.
  • Allows for parallel processing of subject data.
  • Sends email notifications for failed jobs.
  • Data is processed in the order requests are received.

    Note:

    If the current job is in a failed status, new jobs for the same subject remain in a blocked status until the failed job either succeeds or is canceled.

Limitations for visits, forms, and questions

  • Importing data into multiple instances of unscheduled visits is not supported.
  • Importing data into dynamic visits, forms, or questions is not supported.
  • Importing data into two-section forms is not supported.
  • Visit start dates can neither be imported, nor updated.

Limitations for repeating forms

  • Deleting a row on a repeating form is not supported.
  • Only rows that were initially integrated can be updated. Rows added manually cannot be updated by the integration.
  • Updating or deleting manually added rows for repeating forms is not supported.
  • Data for questions set as primary identifiers cannot be updated.
  • Repeating cycle visits are added in sequence in the order of processing starting from the first cycle. The integration does not account for design settings pertaining to the end or start of visit cycles.

Limitations for subjects

  • All imported subjects will be created in a single site in Oracle Clinical One Platform, as ObvioHealth does not support multiple sites.
  • Subject statuses cannot be changed via this integration.
