Proof of Delivery Integration

This integration provides confirmation to SAP that a site has confirmed receipt of a shipment and has changed the status to Completed in Clinical One Cloud Service.

Integration workflow

1. The site confirms receipt of a shipment by changing the status of a shipment request to Completed in Clinical One Cloud Service.
2. The integration extracts data from Clinical One Cloud Service for shipments whose status was changed to Completed since the integration last ran. It then generates one file per shipment and posts the files on the Oracle sFTP server.
3. Each file includes a confirmation of the quantity of kits received, the kit numbers received, and a count of expected kits that were not received.
