Shipment Request Integration

This integration sends shipment requests, generated in Clinical One Cloud Service, to SAP.

Integration workflow

1. The shipment request integration runs based on the configured schedule.
2. The integration extracts information from Clinical One Cloud Service for all new shipment requests created since it last ran.
3. The retrieved data is then bundled in an XML file (one per request), which is placed on the Oracle sFTP server, where it is retrieved by SAP to fulfill the request.

   Note:

   The integration can process multiple shipment requests in parallel and generates one file per shipment request.
