New country associated to lot notification

This notification is sent when a new country is associated with an existing blinded lot or a new blinded lot is created.

This notification helps users responsible for unblinded clinical supplies identify affected lots and determine whether updates to Do Not Ship (DNS) and Do Not Count (DNC) values are required.

Permissions required to receive the notification

Users assigned to a Sponsor study role that includes the Receive Blinded Lot Country Association Notification permission receive this notification.

Field descriptions

The following table describes each field included in the notification.

Table 4-12 Field descriptions

Field	Description
Subject	The subject line of the notification includes the blinded lot number and study ID.
Study ID	Indicates the Study ID defined by the global study creator and displayed on the General tab under Study Settings.
Lot	Indicates the name of the blinded lot.
Lot Expiry	Indicates the expiration date of the blinded lot.
DNS	Indicates the number of Do Not Ship (DNS) days defined for the country.
DNS Country	Indicates the name of the country associated with the blinded lot.
Date	Indicates the date the blinded lot was created.
