Configure Oracle Clinical One Digital Gateway integrations to integrate data as of a specific date

A new Oracle Clinical One Digital Gateway setting lets you control what data gets integrated for your studies.

Details for integration managers

A new scheduling setting (Only transfer data after specific date), available in Oracle Clinical One Digital Gateway, lets you determine how far back an integration should look (in a study) when creating jobs for outbound data integrations. This enables you to control what data gets integrated for your studies.

By default, the setting is configured to send all data from the start of the study, which is the most common integration process. However, limiting the data you integrate can enhance the efficiency of your integrations.

The most common uses cases include:

Use case Example
Limiting the test data being integrated

You created an integration for testing purposes. You did this two years ago and never deleted the test integration, as you may need it again.

Today, you want to implement one change to the integration, and you need to test it. In this scenario, you'd set Only transfer data after specific date to a date that aligns with the day you changed the integration. This ensures your new testing does not include the older data.

After migrating a study to a new tenant You wouldn't want to re-integrate data already integrated before the study migrated; you'd only want to integrate data since the day the study completed the migration process. In this scenario, you'd set Only transfer data after specific date to a date that aligns with the day the study completed migration.
