Query List now loads faster for forms with many ASV items

The Query List page now opens significantly faster, even for studies with forms containing many questions with ASV changes and data classifications. Previously, users experienced long and inconsistent loading times, impacting workflow and usability. With this fix, the improved logic reduces delays and improves response times - dropping load time from over two minutes to about 17 seconds - resulting in a smoother experience when accessing the Query List in studies with complex forms.

Blinded depot user can update the status of kits without being assigned the required permissions

Now, when a blinded depot user is assigned to at least one site and given the Create Manual Shipments permission, they are only able to view the status of kits and their history. Previously, when blinded depot users were assigned to at least one site and the Create Manual Shipments permission, they had the ability to view and manage kits in the site inventory.

A randomization list isn't linked to a new study version

A re-randomization list is now automatically associated with a new study version, as expected. Previously, when moving a study to Testing, you may have encountered a "Randomization List is not available" error due to a cache issue in the application. The system failed to link the re-randomization list because cached data was unintentionally overwritten during previous randomization steps. This caused a mismatch when comparing randomization designs across study versions.

Users assigned the Receive the Unblinded Kit Misallocation Notification and the Receive the Unblinded Dose Hold Notification permissions can view all shipments for all sites

Now, users assigned both the Receive the Unblinded Kit Misallocation Notification permission and the Receive the Unblinded Dose Hold Notification permission can only view the shipments for the sites they're assigned to under the Shipments tab.

Users tab takes an excessive amount of time to load

The Users tab in a study's settings now takes an adequate amount of time to load. Previously, studies with many users could experience slow loading times when accessing the Users tab. This issue was caused by the large training history logs that each user had included in the system.

Replace a subject number with randomization number is still allowed after a subject has been registered in a study

Now, once a subject is registered in a study, the Replace Subject Number with Randomization Number setting on the Study Settings page is not accessible, as expected.

Add Shipment to Inventory option is not available when assigned the multiple permissions

Now, site users are able to see the Add Shipment to Inventory option when managing their site inventory. Previously, the Add Shipment to Inventory option was not appearing for site users assigned the Receive the Unblinded Dose Hold Notification and Receive the Unblinded Kit Misallocation Notification permissions, as these are incorrect permissions for their role.
