Oracle DMW now includes full audit records for kits chain of custody and dispensation

The coming version of Oracle DMW now includes full audit records coming from Oracle Clinical One Platform, allowing you to replicate the kit chain of custody and kit dispensation reports.

The Kit Chain of Custody report provides a row-by-row list of transactions that occur to each kit. For each kit, it provides details about where the kit started, what orders it was shipped in, when it was dispensed to a subject, and when it was returned and destroyed (if applicable).

To support the full audit history for kits and Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) events, the following Data Hub views are included as a version with audits of existing integrated views that, instead of only containing the current status of subjects and kits, now contain their full audit history details:
  • DHVW_SUBJECTS_AUDIT_V as a version with audits of DHVW_SUBJECTS_DATASET_V
  • DHVW_RAND_KITS_AUDIT_V as a version with audits of DHVW_RAND_KITS_DESIGN_DATASET_V
  • DHVW_UNBLD_KITS_AUDIT_V as a version with audits of DHVW_UNBLD_KITS_DATASET_V

As part of Oracle Clinical One Platform 25.3, data provided by Oracle Clinical One Platform in the integration with Oracle DMW includes the updates to the Data Hub views mentioned above. Users will be able to access this data in Oracle DMW once they upgrade to version 3.5.

You will find the dictionary for the new Oracle DMW version in the Analytics User Guide after Oracle DMW 3.5 is available.
