Not all kits are visible in the Add Shipment to Inventory dialog

Now, all kits are visible in the Add Shipment to Inventory dialog when receiving a shipment. Previously, some kits were not visible in the Damaged, Missing, or Review steps due to the dialog having a fixed height and no vertical scrollbar in the user interface (UI), resulting kits being hidden and inaccessible.

View in Form option is disabled

Now, in Production mode, when you access the Query Management list through the Queries icon, the View in Form option is available to select. Previously, when the Query Management list was accessed through the Queries Management list, the View in Form option was disabled.
