The Study Version drop-down now displays values on the Sites & Labs tab

Users with the required permissions can now select a study version from the Study Version drop-down on the Sites & Labs tab even if they don’t have a global design role assigned.

Previously, the drop-down appeared blank for users without a global design role, preventing updates despite having the necessary permissions.
