3 Release impact on downstream systems

This document describes the known impact and limitations that new features introduced in Oracle Clinical One Platform 26.0.1 may have on downstream systems, specifically Oracle Clinical One Analytics, Oracle Clinical One Digital Gateway integrations, Oracle CRF Submit, and Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench.

Oracle Clinical One Analytics also known as Data Hub

Release feature	Analytics impact
Enhancements to the Subject Forms dataset	The audit details included in the Subject Forms dataset for forms with a status of SCHEDULED are reflected in Data Hub and all Data Hub-related integrations.

Oracle Clinical One Digital Gateway configured integrations

The features introduced with this Oracle Clinical One Platform release do not impact Oracle Clinical One Digital Gateway integrations.

Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW)

Release feature	DMW impact
Enhancements to the Study Design dataset	The new elements allowing users to view and sort details based on the ordering of visits, forms, and items will be available in Oracle DMW as part of a future release. The newly added elements to the Study Design Dataset, which ensure that the same information presented in the UI is also present in the dataset, will be implemented in Oracle DMW in a future release.

Oracle Life Sciences InForm CRF Submit

Release feature	CRF Submit impact
Upload video files to form questions	Video files imported at the question level are included in the ZIP file generated by Oracle CRF Submit, and a link appears on the question where the import occurred. However, these links will not be active until a future release. To download and view imported video files, open the ZIP folder, locate and open the applicable site folder, and then open the Uploaded Files folder.
