Codelist item labels now display correctly after ASV on copied forms

If you update a codelist associated with a question on a copied form and apply Advanced Study Versioning (ASV), the Study Design Report now correctly displays the label value for each codelist item instead of a NULL value. Annotated CRF/Clinical One Reports and the UnblindedGetForms API now also return the correct label values.
