Enhancements to the Master User List (MUL) integrations
Use a colon in the site field to assign multiple sites to a user
The MUL - User integration now supports a colon as a site separator in the site field when assigning a user to multiple sites; previously, only a semicolon was supported. The use of a colon as a separator also applies to the depot field.
Note:
This integration supports only one separator type per configuration—either a colon or a semicolon.Already using this integration with a live study?
- There is no impact to live integrations using a semicolon as the separator.
- To implement the new site separator for existing integrations, reach out to your Oracle point of contact.
MUL integrations now support importing data using Excel (.xlsx) files.
The MUL - User and MUL - Site Tenant integrations now support the use of files with an .xlsx extension; previously, only files with an .xml extension were supported.
Note:
This feature only extends support for an additional file extension type. The requirements for the structure and content of the data within the file remain unchanged.Already using this integration with a live study?
- Your current .xml imports will continue to work without impact.
- To change the file extension type for existing integrations, reach out to your Oracle point of contact.
