New deep link pages
Sponsor users can now create and share deep links that navigate study team members directly to specific Oracle Clinical One Platform pages, including the newly supported Query Management and Site & Labs study configuration pages.
When sponsor users create and share deep links with users, they can avoid the need to drill down into pages to locate data. Instead, they select one link to open the exact page they need right away. If unauthorized users attempt to open pages, the application redirects them to the Home page.
A deep link is a web address (or URL) that leads directly to the Queries page within a web application. In the context of Oracle Clinical One Platform, a deep link includes parameters that define the study, mode, and status of training or live study.
A training study is a dedicated study environment in Oracle Clinical One Platform used solely for training purposes, not for real clinical trial data or study management. In contrast, training mode is an operational setting that lets users practice protocols and study design with mock data, without affecting the live clinical trial.
These deep links enable you to quickly locate a specific query or change the SDV strategy assigned to a site when referenced from an external application.
Access pages through deep links
- Navigate directly to a page using a shared deep link from various locations, such as within an application, a document, or any other compatible source.
- Sign in with your credentials before selecting deep links to open pages immediately. Otherwise, the system will prompt you to sign in before opening pages from a deep link.
- If you cannot access certain pages, your account may not have the appropriate permissions. Contact your administrator to request access privileges.
Details for sponsor users who create deep links:
- Sites & Labs (tab in a study’s settings): Opens the URL to the Settings Sites & Labs tab and enables you to adjust the Study Version, Resupply Strategy or SDV Strategy.
- Queries (also known as the Query List page): Opens the URL to the Queries page and enables you to view and filter the list of queries.
Note:
User administrators must grant viewing permissions for the relevant page. Access can be specified for each mode individually (such as test, training, or production). Users will only be able to view the page in the modes where both page and mode-specific permissions have been granted.- Copy the base URL from the Queries or Sites & Labs page.
- Add the required parameters:
Parameter Description Pages studyIdStudy identifier Queries, Sites & Labs modeStudy mode (e.g., production/test) Queries, Sites & Labs isTrainingSpecify if it's a training study Queries, Sites & Labs - Check all parameters for accuracy and correct formatting.
- Share the deep link using your preferred method (for example, in a browser window for testing, a third-party application, an email, a document, or a messaging platform).
Note:
Users without access permissions will be redirected to the Home page.
