Lists documentation issues corrected during this release cycle, including clarifications, fixes, and updates that improve accuracy and usability.

Table 3-1 Analytics User Guide

39218675 The descriptions for the REASON and COMMENTS data elements in the Audit folder for the Subject Forms dataset were updated to clarify that these elements capture system comments rather than user-entered comments.
39122115 All dataset tables were reviewed and updated to add missing date elements and remove incorrectly documented data elements where applicable.
39187444 The description of IS_MISSING_FORM in the Form Folder of the Subject Forms dataset was updated to clarify its behavior for forms in the Logs visit.

  • The When managing an institution section was updated to clarify that an institution must exist at the global level and must be associated with at least one contact at the global level.
  • A new section, When to associate, was added with additional information about associating Institutions.
39151198 The Code List Name field in Create a custom code list was updated to clarify that code lists containing null code values will not appear in the Annotated Case Report Forms and Study Design standard reports.
