Enhancements to the Subject Forms dataset

The Subject Forms dataset has been enhanced to provide additional audit information for form-level restore, clear, and delete operations.

For these operations, the dataset now captures the user-provided Reason for Change and the details of the user who performed the action. The corresponding information is populated in the following columns:

• REASON
• COMMENT
• USER_WID
• USER_NAME

Note:

This change is applicable to new data for form-level Restore, Delete, and Clear operations. Whereas, for existing data, it is applicable only to Restore and Delete operations.

Historical data associated with form-level restore and delete operations has been refreshed to populate the corresponding information in these columns.

The enhancements to these columns provide additional context and improved traceability for form-level lifecycle actions. These enhancements are reflected both in the Oracle Clinical One Analytics user interface and in data retrieved through Data Hub APIs.
