Description of the Sites tab.

Fields	Description
Site ID	A site's ID as entered by the site manager when they created the site.
Site Name	A site's name as entered by the site manager when they created the site.
Investigator Name	The name of the site's principal investigator.
Status	A site's status at the moment the report is run. For example, a site's status might be New, Active, or Retired at the time you're running this report.
Study Version	Number of study version currently assigned to the site in the given mode.
Resupply Strategy	Name of the Resupply Strategy assigned to the site.
SDV Strategy	Name of the Source Data Verification strategy assigned to the site.
Time Zone	The UTC time zone of the kit transition.
Last Updated By	User name of the user who performed the last update on the Sites tab.
Last Updated Date and Time	UTC date and time of the latest update.
Operation	Indicates the type of operation performed: Added, Removed, or Updated.
