What can I do when subject data is locked?

If a subject's data is locked or unlocked at the question, form, or visit level, site users will be able to view the status of the items they have permissions to see.

The following icons for locked and unlocked data are visible to site users, so long as they have permissions to view the corresponding items:

• A Locked icon () is visible next to a locked question for a subject with open queries.
• An Unlocked icon () appears next to an unlocked question, indicating that the question has been unlocked by a sponsor user.
