I cannot enter data or save the data I entered in a form

If you can't enter data in a form, save data in a form, or the form becomes completely unresponsive, there might be something wrong with your browser.

If any of these issues are occurring, try the following troubleshooting options.

Clear your browser's cache

  1. First, sign out of the application.
  2. Go to your browser's settings and clear the cache.

    Make sure you clear the browsing history, cookies and other site data, as well as cached images and files.

  3. Close your browser and then open it up again.
  4. Sign into the application and verify if it's working properly.

Make sure your browser is up-to-date

Make sure your browser's version is updated to the most current one. For more information on browser requirements, see Browser requirements.

Restart your device

Whether you choose to clear your cache or update your browser, we recommend you also restart your system. Sometimes, an unresponsive website may be caused by the device's performance.
