I marked a subject as complete in error

If you marked a subject as complete in error, you can undo the action.

  1. Select a subject with the status of Complete.
  2. From the Manage Subjects drop-down above the Subjects table, select Undo Complete Study.
  3. Specify a reason for the change, and click Undo Complete Study.

    The subject state changes from Complete to the state the subject had before being completed, such as Active.
