I randomized a subject in error

If you randomized a subject in error, inform your CRA of the error and ask what to do next.

You might have randomized a subject in error if you performed any of the following tasks:

• Randomized a subject and there is no intention to treat the subject.
• Randomized the wrong subject.
• Accidentally randomized a subject before you were ready to randomize.
