Specify rollback settings

Specify rollback settings to control dispensation events for site users.

1. Navigate to the Study Settings tab and determine in which mode you want to work. See Specify study, enrollment, and visits settings.
2. Under Rollback Settings, select Add a Rollback.
3. In the Add Rollback dialog, complete the following fields:

   Setting	Can be changed anytime during the study conduct period	Description
   Countries	No	Select one or multiple countries to allow the dispensation rollback.
   Allow on	Yes	Select one or multiple visit types that can perform dispensation rollback (Scheduled or Unscheduled visit), then choose the kit status upon rollback.

4. Click Submit.
5. (Optional) Perform one of the following after creating a rollback if necessary:

   Option	Description
   Edit a rollback	In the Actions column, select the pencil icon for the rollback you'd like to modify. In the Edit Rollback dialog, edit which visit types can perform dispensation rollback, or the assigned kit status upon rollback.
   Remove a rollback	In the Actions column, select the trashcan icon for the rollback you'd like to delete. In the Remove Rollback Option dialog, determine if you would like to proceed with deleting the rollback, and click Confirm.
