Track training and send training reminders
You can track a user's training progress and send a reminder about incomplete training at any time.
Tip:
To see all completed in-product training in a study, run the Clinical One Training report.There are multiple ways to send training record details and reminders to your users.
Note:
The ability to view and send training records is only available if the global setting Product User Training, located on the Users tab, is enabled. For more information about the setting, see Turn off the training requirement for an organization.- From the Home page, Open the study settings and then select the Users tab.
- Use the filters to locate the user or users. For more information about filters, see Edit multiple study users.
- Send training records to a single user.
- Select the checkbox next to the user, and then select Send Training Records from the Manage drop-down.
- Alternatively, you can select the Actions drop-down at the far right of the row, where you have multiple options:
- Select the Training option to see a list of the user's training courses and the status of each. A Send Training Records link is also available from here.
- You can also select Send Training Records from the Actions drop-down to skip the training details page.
- Send training records to multiple users.
- Select the checkbox next to each user, and then select Send Training Records from the Manage drop-down.
- The following options are also available under the More Actions drop-down.
- All Users
- Completed Users (select this option to send training details to any user who has completed all trainings).
- Incomplete Users (select this option to send training details to any user who has at least one incomplete training).
Users receive an email with the subject, Training Status Reminder. The email includes two columns: the Training Name column displays the name of each training assigned, and the Date Completed column indicates the date when a training was completed or an indication that the training was not started.
