Export discrepancies on lab data

You can export discrepancies to Excel( (.xls) or .csv format using the Export button located above the Discrepancies grid.

  1. After you select a study, click Shows a table with a magnifying glass Data Management in the navigation bar.

    For details on selecting a study, see Select a study from the Home page.
  2. Find the discrepancies you need to locate using the filters on the left panel or the top of the page. (See Find discrepancies for details on using the filters.)
  3. If you want to export only selected discrepancies, select the discrepancies. To select adjacent rows, press Shift as you click rows (or press the down arrow key). To select nonadjacent rows, press Ctrl as you click rows.
  4. Click the Export button to launch the Export Discrepancies interface.
  5. Select the format of the export: Excel or CSV.
  6. Select the All radio button to export all discrepancies currently displayed or Selected to generate the file based on the discrepancies you have manually chosen in Step 3.
  7. If you wish to include Listings data as part of your Discrepancies export, click the Include Listings Columns button.
    The Include Listings Columns interface allows you to select up to 50 different Listings columns across a maximum of 5 tables to include with your Discrepancy export after selecting a Model.
  8. Click the Export button to begin generating the file.
    The progress of the export generation can be monitored in the Export History section of the Export Discrepancies screen, where you can also see exports that have been generated from the past 24 hours. When the file has compiled, your browser will automatically download the export.
