Application roles for specialized administrators

Give these roles to a few people.

• DMW Adapter Security Admin
  
• DMW Data Security Admin
  
• DMW Checkin Admin
  
• DMW: Manage Discrepancy Defaults
  Give this role to users who configure default values that populate during discrepancy creation and management. It provides access to the Manage Defaults button and subsequent Manage Discrepancy Defaults function within the discrepancies interface.
