Removing a Database Account
You can delete an Oracle DMW database account and its underlying database account; for example, when the user associated with the account leaves the company.
To delete a database account, do the following:
- Select Database Account from the Manage context menu, accessed from Navigation in the Oracle DMW toolbar.
- Use the Search Application User function to find the user account you wish to delete.
- Select the user account name in the search results.
- Click the Remove button. A confirmation message appears, warning you that the user schema will also be deleted.
- Click Yes to continue with the deletion. The system deletes the account and the underlying database account/user schema.
