Install Oracle WebLogic Server 14c

Download and install Oracle WebLogic Server 14c.

To download Oracle WebLogic Server 14c, perform the following:

1. Go to https://docs.oracle.com/en/middleware/fusion-middleware/14.1.2/mstrd/index.html or to http://edelivery.oracle.com.
2. Under Oracle WebLogic Server 14c, select Generic.

   Perform these steps using the non-privileged user account on the application server.

To install Oracle WebLogic Server 14c:

1. In the command shell, unzip the downloaded file, for example:

   $ unzip fmw_14_wls_Disk1_1of1.zip

2. Run the following:

   $ java -jar fmw_14.1.2.0.0_wls.jar

   WebLogic Fusion Middleware 14c Oracle WebLogic Server and Coherence Installation is launched.

3. Select Next.

   The Auto Updates page appears.

4. Select the relevant option and select Next.

   The Installation Location page appears.

5. Enter the appropriate location for Oracle Home. For example:
   /u01/app/oracle/product/Middleware14

   Note:

   Remember to add the Oracle Home path to the setDomainEnv.sh file.
6. Select Next.

   The Installation Type page appears.

7. Select WebLogic Server.
8. Select Next.

   The Prerequisite Checks page appears.

9. Select Next.

   The Installation Summary page appears.

10. Verify the installation summary information and select Install.

    The Installation Progress page appears.

11. When progress status is 100%, select Next.

    The Installation Complete page appears.

12. Select Finish.

    The Configuration Type page appears

13. Select Cancel.

    A confirmation dialog appears.

14. Select Yes.
