Option to suppress tracked alert calculation for all interactive refreshes added (35393343)

Suppression of tracked alert calculations is now available for all types of signal configurations. This can be set either by editing the configuration or when submitting the refresh. After the refresh is completed, the refresh job status will be Completed with warnings.
