The Tasks section shows signal management and topics tasks assigned to you

The Tasks section includes cards that summarize the signal management and topic tasks assigned to you.

There are three different types of task cards. Each card type is represented by a different icon.

• Alerts
  
  
  
  : There is one alert card for each signal management configuration with Tracked Alerts that has been refreshed at least once. Information includes:
  • Signal Management Configuration name.
  • Progress bar showing reviewed/total alerts percentage for all product-event combinations. This will have the same numbers as the All carousel item on the Products page.
  • If you have been assigned as a reviewer, a progress bar for your assigned alerts (for product-event combinations assigned to you as well as product-event combinations assigned to you for other products) shows completed/total alerts percentage.
  • If you don't have any assignments, then the text shown is the number of products with unreviewed alerts.
  • Hovering over a progress bar shows the actual number of alerts: n % (x of yy alerts reviewed).

  There is one card for each topic workflow configuration for which either a topic or action has been assigned to you. The cards show:

  • The number of open topics assigned to you.
  • The topic workflow configuration name.
  • The number of open actions assigned to you, including the number of actions that are overdue.
• Work team Topics

  There is one card for each topic workflow configuration and work team that you are a member of, and for which either a topic or action has been assigned to that work team.

  • Work team Name.
  • The card shows the number of open topics assigned to the work team.
  • The topic workflow configuration name .
  • The number of open actions assigned to the work team, including the number of actions that are overdue.

  Selecting an alert card takes you to Signal Review with the signal management configuration selected.

  Selecting a topics card takes you to the Topic Management page with that topic workflow configuration selected. The item selector is set to either My or Workteam depending on whether the card is a My Topics or a Workteam Topics card.
