Deploy Oracle Empirica Signal

After you have unpacked the Oracle Empirica Signal 2025.4.02 files on the application server running Oracle Empirica Signal, you must deploy the Oracle Empirica Signal application in the Oracle WebLogic Server console.

1. Log in to the Oracle WebLogic Server Enterprise Management console.
2. On the left, select the Lock icon.
3. From the Weblogic Domain drop-down list, select the Deployments link.
4. Select the Signal row.
5. Select Deployments, and then Redeploy.
6. Select Next, and then Finish.
7. On the left, select Activate Changes.
8. From the Weblogic Domain drop-down list,, select Environment, and then select Servers.
9. From the Servers table, select the SignalServer row.
10. Select Control, and then Forcibly Shutdown servers.
11. On the right above the table, select the Refresh icon.

    Tip:

    Wait until SignalServer status is SHUTDOWN.
12. Select the SignalServer row.
13. Select the Start button.
14. If the Topics Service is enabled, repeat steps 2 - 15 for TopicsService, Topics ServiceR, and TopicsServer.
15. Select the Refresh icon.

    Wait until the statuses of SignalServer and TopicsServer (if enabled) are RUNNING.
